Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm something of an aggressive blocker, as it improves the quality of my feed. When I get a proposed Community Note for a blocked user--and I certainly get them--there is no way to find out what the post was or even who posted it.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, there should be an account feature with one of two settings: 1) Never show proposed Community Notes for a blocked post. 2) Always show the blocked post if it is referenced in a proposed Community Note.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another possibility would be to have a per-Note button to show the underlying post, but since there's little context with a given proposed Note, it would be hard to decide whether to use the button.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by clarifying whether the proposed account settings or the per-Note control is in scope. Done means an agreed behavior for blocked posts in proposed Community Notes, including how the selected setting is exposed and tested.
