Description

Describe the bug
The notes that appear in the "New" tab under the first 10(or 20?) posts, i.e., after the 11th post from the top, do not reflect the language setting and the notes appear in a different language.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Community Notebook settings screen and set the language to (for example)"Japanese".
  2. Go to 'https://twitter.com/i/communitynotes/new'
  3. Scroll down for 10(or 20?) posts.
  4. English posts are displayed. Language settings are not reflected and (presumably) notes in all languages are displayed.

Expected behavior
All notes displayed in the "New" tab will be in the language you set (in this case, Japanese) only.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue from the Community Notebook settings screen, then open the New tab at the reported URL with a non-English language selected. Compare the first ten and later posts to determine where the language filter stops applying. Done means all notes in the New tab respect the selected language.
