Description
Twisted only supports loading formally-correct XML in twisted.web.template, but browser-ish tag soup is the order of the day. We should use https://github.com/html5lib/html5lib-python for this.

Research direction
Start at the klein.Plating loader and review how Twisted's twisted.web.template currently handles formally-correct XML. Then read the html5lib-python documentation to determine the integration boundary. Done means browser-style tag soup can be loaded through klein.Plating rather than requiring formally-correct XML.
