Description

Currently, restart wait for a second after stop and before starting. This can be improved by a loop of salt, 20 iteration and a sleep of 50milli.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Locate the restart entry point and the stop/start path, then inspect where the one-second wait occurs. Verify the current restart timing first; done means the wait is replaced with the requested 20-iteration loop and 50-millisecond sleep, with restart behavior still working.
