Description
Currently, most libSQL client will read the whole result set into memory because they're using a version of the remote protocol that only supports that. Let's work towards enabling cursor-based queries of Hrana 3 in the drivers.

Research direction
Start by identifying the libSQL client drivers and their Hrana 3 remote-protocol implementations, then inspect how result sets are currently materialized. Clarify which drivers and cursor behavior are in scope; done should mean large queries can be consumed without retaining the whole result set in memory.
