Description
Currently, if a disk is full, we return a generic disk I/O error from the libSQL server:
ERROR sqld::error: HTTP API: 500 Internal Server Error, {"error":"Internal error: disk I/O error"}
Let's improve that to return a "out of space error", which simplifies observability and debugging.

Research direction
The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by tracing where the libSQL server converts disk I/O failures into HTTP 500 errors; done means a full disk is reported as an “out of space error” rather than the generic message, with coverage for that response.
