Description
There are various use cases where you want libSQL compiled into WebAssembly. For example, when running on the browser or on different serverless runtimes. It would also plausibly simplify the libSQL JavaScript bindings because we no longer need the different native packages.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing libSQL build and JavaScript-binding entry points, then determine the supported WebAssembly targets and validation approach. Done means libSQL compiles for WebAssembly and the stated browser or serverless use cases are addressed.
