I attempting to build the JavaScript bindings on Windows, but am hitting the following build error:

I think the ring dependency is coming from rustls package. Jan Piotrowski points to as similar issue in: https://github.com/rust-minidump/rust-minidump/issues/855

Start by reproducing the JavaScript bindings build for the aarch64-pc-windows-msvc target and inspect ring 0.16.20's build.rs, which is reached through the rustls dependency. Compare the reported MSVC errors in crypto/fipsmodule/bn/internal.h with the linked rust-minidump issue. Done means the Windows/arm64 build completes successfully.
