Description

I got this error with Astro Vercel and I saw something like this for Cloudflare and NextJS

WebAssembly.compile(): Wasm code generation disallowed by embedder at (middleware.mjs:4883:24)

How to replicate it

Research direction

Start by reproducing the WebAssembly.compile error from the endpoint that uses the database, using the reported Astro, Vercel, Cloudflare, or NextJS deployment context and middleware.mjs:4883 as the entry point. Clarify how a database is stored in git lfs and which readonly operation must work. Done means the readonly endpoint can use that database without the embedder rejecting WebAssembly.
