Support space character in vector column name

Right now various vector functions fail when encountering a vector column with spaces in its name.
For example:

CREATE INDEX 'title embed idx' ON movies (libsql_vector_idx('title embed'));

SELECT title,
    vector_extract('title embed'),
    vector_distance_cos('title embed', vector16('[0.064, 0.777, 0.661]'))
FROM movies
ORDER BY
    vector_distance_cos('title embed', vector16('[0.064, 0.777, 0.661]'))
ASC;

In these examples, libsql_vector_idx, vector_extract, and vector_distance_cos all fail.
It would be great if space is accepted.

Start by reproducing the examples with a vector column named "title embed" and inspect the handling of column names in libsql_vector_idx, vector_extract, and vector_distance_cos. Done means all three functions accept the space-containing name and the shown CREATE INDEX and SELECT statements work successfully.
