Description
I see that rtree is supported by turso, is there any chance geopoly support will be added in the future? Currently I get the following
SQLite error: no such module: geopoly
The client does work locally but not after I upload the local db.

Research direction
Start by locating how libSQL packages or enables SQLite modules, then compare the existing rtree support with geopoly. Reproduce the “no such module: geopoly” error locally and after upload; done means geopoly works with uploaded databases and the module-loading path is covered by tests.
