Add location when Trixi fails

In the event when Trixi fails due to something like a negative density or pressure it would be helpful to add additional output that provides the `(x,y,z)` location where the failing solution state occurs and what specifically fails.

Start by locating the Julia code that handles failures from negative density or pressure and reproduce one such failure. Trace how the failing solution state is reported. Done means the failure output identifies the (x,y,z) location and specifies what condition failed.
