The user called "markdown2 OVERVIEW.md test.html". Seems the intention was to generate test.html.
Surely it would have been correct to redirect, like this: "markdown2 OVERVIEW.md > test.html".
Nevertheless, a nice error message instead of a traceback would be preferred.
