Description
Does markdown2 support the following C# 6.0 syntax?
int a = 0;
int b = 0;
string testString = $"{a}: {b}";
for some reason the $ is comming out with an err class:
<span class="err">$</span>

Research direction
Reproduce the supplied C# 6.0 interpolated-string example in python-markdown2 and trace the handling that produces the err span around $. Done means the example is parsed without incorrectly marking the interpolation prefix as an error, with an appropriate regression test if the repository has a relevant test location.
