Description

Currently only src, alt and title attributes are supported. The result is that all images are displayed full size, which might not be desirable.

A common way of specifying sizes could be followed.
width and height:

![](./pic/pic1_50.png =100x20)

width:

![](./pic/pic1s.png =250x)

Research direction

No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the parser handling image src, alt, and title attributes, then use the two size syntaxes shown as cases to verify. Done means images support width and height, or width alone, while preserving the existing attributes.
