Description
There is a bug in the processing of the alt text of an image: inline markdown gets interpreted resulting in invalid code.
Example:
gets translated to
<p><img src="err.png" alt="this<em>is</em>bad" /></p>
which is bad because:
- it should not generate the
<em>tags - the injected
<>are not escaped

Research direction
Reproduce the example in markdown2 and trace the image alt-text processing that turns underscores into emphasis. Done means the alt text remains literal and any injected markup is escaped, so the output contains neither em tags nor unescaped angle brackets.
