Such as in a huge project, there may be same name class and other types, such as interface.

How to identify them? by using file path and start/end position?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; first clarify whether this is a Node.js binding API question and how class or interface identity should be represented. Done would require a decided, documented approach and a defined implementation scope, but the current question does not specify either.
