What
Add a Resource Efficiency view for AWS resources that should be retained but resized, modernized, scheduled, autoscaled, tiered, or configured more efficiently.
Recommendations will show current and suggested configurations, evidence, and potential impact when available.
Why
Customers can reduce waste while keeping necessary resources and understanding the action behind each recommendation.
Scope
- Cover rightsizing, modernization, scheduling, lifecycle, and storage efficiency
- Distinguish current configuration from the recommended action
- Prevent duplicate recommendations from inflating known savings
