Description

Hey there!

I was wondering if we could get support for clustered indexes?
It would allow for more contiguous reads, which leads to fewer logical reads, and faster queries.

Research direction

The issue names no repository files, tests, or entry points. Read the linked SQLAlchemy constraints documentation and SQL Server clustered-index article first, then determine the supported API and backend behavior; done means clustered indexes can be declared and generated correctly.
