Description

Hello, my team just ended up realizing that one of our bugs was due to tortoise using UTC time on auto_now and auto_now_add.

Could the timezone it uses be configurable or maybe just use the local server time?

Thanks

Research direction

Start by locating the implementation and tests for auto_now and auto_now_add, then trace how timestamps are currently obtained. Clarify whether the intended result is configurable timezone support or local server time, and consider the behavior complete when that choice is implemented and covered by relevant tests.
