Description
I would love it if I could disable the triple equal lignature, from tree line which makes absolutely no sense, to two lines spanning tree ems.
It confuses me, and is the sole reason I fall back to other fonts when working on a JavaScript project.

Research direction
Start by reviewing how Fira Code defines the triple-equal ligature and whether the font supports per-ligature configuration. Confirm the requested behavior with the issue text and inspect the repository's font source and build workflow. Done means users can disable this ligature without losing unrelated ligatures and the result is verified in a JavaScript editor.
