Description
Jane street just posted an article where the author details adding "big number" ligatures to a number of fonts (DejaVuSansMono, UbuntuMono, Hack, SauceCode). A font patcher accompanies this post.
As a FiraCode user, I am wondering if it would be possible to get first-class support of one of the features listed. All options seem good and I'm not sure which would be best suited to a general-purpose font (I expect commas not to work with phone numbers, for instance). A more expert opinion would be helpful here.
Happy to implement this as well. Since I have never deeply investigated clojure / firacode, however, this issue might be open for a while and require more feedback.
