Description
If I may suggest, release a Strict ASCII Only variant without ligatures.
That will be very helpful in catching typosquatting using IDN.
As all characters outside the ASCII range will be replaced with , so the appearance of a lozenge = someone's trying to trick you.

Research direction
The issue proposes a Strict ASCII Only font variant without ligatures, replacing non-ASCII characters with to expose possible IDN typosquatting. No files, tests, or build entry points are named; begin by locating the font variant and release-build configuration, and consider the work done when the variant is generated and its replacement behavior is verified.
