Description
The //= sequence is used in Python as syntactic sugar for reassigning values. Since there is a ligature for /=, it would be nice to have a ligature for //= as well.

Research direction
The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the existing /= ligature definition and the font's glyph-generation or validation entry points, then compare how multi-character ligatures are represented. Done means //= renders as a ligature without regressing existing ligatures, with any available checks passing.
