Description
Hello,
I found some of the languages were not displayed properly, seen in this screen shot:

See in "Comment [az]... and Comment [vi], the characters were displayed as "[?]".
I viewed with Notepad++ version 8, Unicode as the default encoding.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing Schwa characters from the issue in Notepad++ and locate the font source and build entry points that define supported glyphs. Add U+018F and U+0259 there, then verify that both characters render instead of [?] in the affected language comments.
