Description
While most current star operators on urbit are currently individuals, there are a few high-status stars which are communally owned–the crowd favorite ~dalten, comes to mind–and could actually serve as strong hubs for work assessment and trusted oracle status. We want to support these new institutions in signaling their credibility, and so will expand the current interface to support oracle actions to be accessible to multisig wallets.

Research direction
Start by locating the current interface for oracle actions and reviewing how those actions are exposed to individual Urbit stars. Define the multisig-wallet behavior and acceptance criteria before changing the interface; done means oracle actions are accessible to communally owned multisig wallets.
