Description

When sorting projects hosted on multiple different chains by "Update Time," the result doesn't properly account for differing block heights, causing some chains to be prioritized in results. For example, since Sepolia is much newer than the Mainnet Ethereum chain, projects on this chain will all appear lower than those on mainnet, regardless of the "real" latest update time.

The best way to fix this would be to have per-chain estimator functions @ud => @da to normalize the results (and to allow dates for transactions to be displayed on server-rendered pages).
