Description
Currently, clicking 'accept' reloads the page; the mouseover indicates 'awaiting confirmation from project worker'; this is workable but a better mechanism is probably to update the modal with new content about what the trusted oracle should expect in the process.
- create modal content for oracle service post-acceptance, pre-contract instantiation by worker
- Accepted service request should present new modal content
