Description

right now, the login button shoots visitors out to the default eauth login point. We should hide this kludgey-ness. When someone clicks the login button, it should toggle the tooltip with 2 options:

  1. a @p field for someon to entire their ID to go through the eAuth flow.
  2. a signup button that takes someone through the flow to acquire a new ship.
