Description
Currently, if the project worker requests a review, they must wait for the oracle to take action on thier request. The Worker should probably be able to retract their request, turning the milestone status back to 'in-progress'

Research direction
Start by tracing how a worker requests a review and how the milestone status changes while the request awaits oracle action. Identify the authorization and state-transition paths involved in retracting the request. Done means the worker can revoke it, the milestone returns to “in-progress,” and the existing review flow remains intact.
