Research direction
Start by locating the GitHub Actions workflow that runs the reference tests, including Apalache and ref TLC, and inspect how the Python test suite invokes them. Define cache keys and invalidation from the existing workflow inputs, then verify that repeated runs reuse results without hiding changed test outcomes.
