Description
"460" is fine but not that nice, maybe had a flag, not sure which for default yet but that could easily be something nicer like "2 months" "2 years" blah blah

Research direction
Start at the git-effort(1) command and locate where active days are formatted. Clarify whether humanized output should be the default or controlled by a flag, then verify that values such as 460 days are displayed in a friendlier form.
