Description
I am not sure if this would fall under the scope of git extras, but I think a command to easily add a license would be nice.

Research direction
Review the existing git-extras commands and project conventions first; the issue does not identify a file, entry point, license source, or command interface. Define the supported license-selection flow and its expected repository changes before implementation, then verify the new command against those requirements.
