line-summary (and summary --line) do not use commit-ish argument

Description
While the summary command does use the commit-ish parameter passed to it, it appears that the --line option does not use the commit-ish argument: I got the same results when running without and with a (non-HEAD) commit-ish.
Also, this is undocumented.
