Research direction

Start by locating the local_resource implementation and the existing cmd_button text property. Compare how each resource renders its name and enforces uniqueness, then trace the relevant tests or entry points. Done means local_resource accepts custom text, renders it as the resource label, and preserves distinct resource identity without the current name constraint.
