### Describe your feature request related problem:
During synchronous replication, it's required to do maintenance sometimes. In such case, we may want to switch the role of dr and primary. Currently, it requires extra steps (and machines) to achieve the goal. It would be better if PD respects the configuration of replications and do the scheduling automatically.
