Description
Current situation:
- We only have simple integration tests under
tests/integration_tests.rs. - The error handling paths are not well tested.
We need to:
- Test with various workload
- Test against complicated environment, e.g. when there are errors or the region topology changes.

Research direction
Start by reading tests/integration_tests.rs and running the existing integration tests to understand current coverage. Define how workloads, injected errors, and region-topology changes should be represented and exercised. Done means the client has tests covering fault-injection and nemesis scenarios in complicated environments, including error-handling paths.
