Description
TiDB has a background goroutine to check validation of stores periodicly, while client-c will check it as soon as receiving an error.
I think it's better to implement such a eager way to update region cache.

Research direction
Start by comparing TiDB's periodic invalid-store validation with client-c's current error-handling path and region-cache behavior. Identify the relevant client entry points and define how errors should trigger eager cache updates; done means invalid stores are refreshed promptly without breaking region routing.
