Description
If model selection is to be abstracted out of the model training procedure, there needs to be a way to enumerate the candidate models. A potential approach is parsing ?, for example:
ARIMA(y ~ pdq(p = ?0:5, d = ?0:2, q = ?0:5)) and ETS(y ~ error(?c("N", "A", "M")).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the model formula interface and the candidate expressions shown in the issue, including the ARIMA and ETS examples. Determine how model candidates should be enumerated when selection is separated from training, and define what a consistent interface would need to support.
