TibiaWiki map graphic files were just updated with yours. By comparing the previous with the current versions, I noticed the followind missing places/pixels. You might check the Wiki's previous version - which was probably explored by normal means and might be trustworthy - in order to see the missing content. For cases where we have the a bigger explored area around caves, you can make the black color invisible and copy and paste one version on top of the other.
