Steps to reproduce
With K-9 12.1 when viewing a HTML message there are two scrollbars on the right. They can be seen as overlapping by zooming in the attached picture. One scrollbar is for the HTML message itself, one is for the HTML message and the headers.
Expected behavior
There should be just one scrollable area.
Actual behavior
Two vertical scrollbars.
