Steps to reproduce

With K-9 12.1 when viewing a HTML message there are two scrollbars on the right. They can be seen as overlapping by zooming in the attached picture. One scrollbar is for the HTML message itself, one is for the HTML message and the headers.

Expected behavior

There should be just one scrollable area.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Thunderbird for Android 12.1 with an HTML message and compare the overlapping scrollbars shown in the attached image. Trace the message-view layout and scrolling behavior; done means the HTML message, headers, and message content use one scrollable area.
