Deleted emails via Thunderbird App are downloaded again

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the settings of a mailbox that is connected via IMAP.
2. Open Menu Option Fetching mail
3. Define the Option "Sync messages from" with the Value "the last 3 days"
4. Uncheck the Option "Sync server deletions"
5. Uncheck the Option "Mark as read when deleted"
6. Define the Option "When I delete a message" with the Value "Do not delete on server"
7. Define the Option "Erase deleted messages on server" with the Value "Manually"

Expected behavior

When I delete a downloaded email in the Thunderbird Android app via Inbox, it can be found in the Thunderbird app in the local mailbox under Deleted/Trash.
The Mails are downloaded again (of last 3 Days) when I resync with the IMAP account (e.g., by restarting the app). All Emails are downloaded in Inbox again.

Actual behavior

Since beta version 13b02, all emails are downloaded back to the inbox based on the defined time period (e.g., last 3 days).
The local delete function of the Thunderbird Android app currently only has a temporary function.
I would expect only new emails to be downloaded from the IMAP mailbox, as was the case up to version 13b01.

Reason for this approach: My email provider does not offer POP3 service.
In addition, I do not want to delete the emails on the server (yet), as I would like to download them to my PC at a later date.
When I am on the go with my smartphone, I only want to keep the most important emails.

Reproduce the issue on Thunderbird for Android 13.0b2 with an IMAP mailbox and the listed fetching and deletion settings, then compare the result with 13.0b1. No source file or test is named, so trace the resync behavior from the fetching-mail settings. Done means locally deleted messages remain out of Inbox while only new messages are downloaded.
