Related to #3082.
When an authentication failure occurs due to an invalid OAuth token, whether because of expiration, changes to the client, or other reasons, we need to inform the user that action is required to retrieve new emails.
The user should receive an in-app notification explaining the failure, including the reason when possible, and they should be asked to verify their server configurations.
