Steps to reproduce
Manage folders/Outbox
- "show in top group" is not selected.
Manage folders/Bulkmail (one of my folders)
- "show in top group" is selected.
Look at folder list with triple bar menu.
Bulkmail folder is below the Outbox folder.
Similar behavior occurs for Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash folders.
Expected behavior
After above actions my Bulkmail folder should show after Inbox and before the Outbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash folders.
The Bulkmail folder is below the Outbox folder.
Similar behavior occurs for Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash folders.
Actual behavior
Bulkmail folder is below the Outbox folder.
Similar behavior occurs for Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash folders.
The Outbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash folders are of very much less importance than the user selected "Show in top group" folders.

Research direction
Reproduce the ordering through Manage folders and the folder list opened from the triple-bar menu, comparing a user-selected "show in top group" folder with Outbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, and Trash. Trace the folder-ordering entry point and verify that selected folders appear after Inbox and before those built-in folders.
