Problem you are trying to solve
When I want to change a setting like Mark as read when deleted for all of my accounts, I have to change it one by one.
Suggested solution
We should be able to change some settings for all accounts at once.
Suggestions:
- Maybe there can be a
general settingsthat is used for all account unless you override some setting. - When you change any setting in any account it may ask to save that for all other accounts.

Research direction
Start by locating the account-settings UI and the storage or read path for “Mark as read when deleted”; inspect how settings are scoped per account. Done would require an agreed approach for shared defaults or applying a setting across all accounts, plus verification that account-specific overrides still work.
