Problem you are trying to solve
Indicating user that thunderbird is fetching messages from this much time during synchronization.
So recently I was synching a folder and it was showing nothing in it, then I checked that I configured it to sync messages from last 2 weeks, but there was no emails from last 2 weeks in that folder.(it caused little confusion for a while🤣)
Suggested solution
Add an indicator text at the end of emails. Example, Fetched emails from 2 weeks.
It would supposedly reduce confusion in cases as described in above section.
