[UX] Improve the Import settings action in the Account Setup flow

Problem you are trying to solve

During first Account Setup the Import settings button opens a separate view with a Select File button in the center and adisabled Import button at the bottom.

Suggested solution

This is a possible suggested solution that needs discussion and exploration.

• The Import settings buttons should immediately trigger the file picker view.
• Importing should trigger automatically after a file has been selected, removing the need of the Import button at the bottom.
• Only on success or error the app should load a dedicated "Import settings" screen.

Start by reproducing the Account Setup flow on app version 6.715 and review the current Import settings view. Trace the existing file-picker and import interactions, then compare them with the suggested immediate picker, automatic import, and dedicated success or error screen behavior. Done means the flow no longer requires the separate Import button and handles success and failure as described.
