Cannot save drafts when E2EE is turned on

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable E2EE in Settings
2. It is now possible to save a Draft message
3. Set up Openkeychain
4. Open K9 and make sure E2EE is active in the Settings
5. Check that it is possible to send and receive an encrypted message
6. Create a draft message
7. Error "cannot connect to crypto provider, check your settings or click crypto icon..."

Expected behavior

It should be possible to save a draft even though E2EE is active

Actual behavior

There's an error if I try to save a draft while E2EE is active
