Steps to reproduce
If I reply to embedded mails (.eml file forwarded by mailing list because of a DMARC header), then it only lists the mailing list info about DMARC.
I doesn't allow me to quote the DMARC-protected(?) reply in the reply window. I have to do it manually.
example:
dmarc-embedded-as-eml.zip
http://lists.openwrt.org/pipermail/openwrt-devel/2023-September/041482.html
Expected behavior
Thunderbird doesn't handle this either. But maybe K-9 could allows us to do this anyways :)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reply flow with the attached .eml example on Android 13 and compare the current reply window with the expected quoted content. Done means replying to an embedded .eml message includes its message content rather than only the mailing-list DMARC information.
