Description
Sometimes people only want to reply to a subset of participants in a conversation. Right now a user has to select "reply all" and then remove the unwanted recipients. Instead, we want to add support for selecting multiple participants in the message details screen and then allow the user to perform actions with the selected participants. We'll start with "reply to selected" and "compose message to selected".

Research direction
Start by locating the message details screen and reading the existing participant selection and reply-all flow. Clarify the interaction design for selecting multiple participants, then verify that both “reply to selected” and “compose message to selected” work with the chosen recipients.
